About Safi Lynch Therapeutic Services

Providing support since 2013.

Here is what you can expect when working with me:

I welcome every aspect of who you are.  I value you, JUST AS YOU ARE.

I understand that the road that led you to therapy may have been bumpy, so I offer a space that allows you to relax, without any fears of judgement.  I offer a safe, nurturing environment that allows you to be comfortable while exploring the strategies and tools necessary to bring about the desired change in your life. I recognize that it is not easy to be vulnerable and talk to a stranger.

I provide a space that is respectful and welcoming of your culture and beliefs. I honor similarities that we may share, as well as differences between us.

I allow you to set your own goals, and gently guide you in identifying small, realistic, steps towards attaining that goal. You come to me with your own strengths and gifts, which I help you to identify and/or enhance. I will check in periodically to assess and make sure that your goals are not overwhelming. When necessary, we will modify those steps or goals. Flexibility is encouraged in this space.

I believe that you are the expert on your life, and I am only a guide along your journey. I encourage you to set the pace of your therapeutic journey. Healing is not linear, and I will support you in exploring what feels comfortable for you.
