Please note that I do not accept insurance. However, your insurance may reimburse some of your out of network costs. Please contact your carrier directly to discuss your out of network benefits. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Healthcare Savings Accounts (HSA), & all major Credit/Debit Cards accepted.

Services are offered virtually through a secure platform for your convenience.
